By accessing or using the website, trading platforms, and related services provided by ALglobal ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdictions

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

Restricted Regions: ALglobal does not provide services to residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States, Iran, North Korea, and FATF-blacklisted countries. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether the use of our services is legally permissible in your location.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the trading platform, you must register for an account and undergo our verification process.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process (Know Your Customer / KYC).
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. ALglobal will not be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any provided information is found to be false, outdated, or in violation of compliance policies.

4. Use of the Platform

The ALglobal platform must only be used for lawful trading activities. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, latency arbitrage, or toxic trading behaviors.
• Using automated trading bots (Expert Advisors) designed to manipulate market pricing or overload our servers.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex) and Contracts for Differences (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. You acknowledge that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial deposit. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
